Keeping the glare away Most standard infrared lamps are basically light cannons. They blast out a ton of visible glare that strains your eyes. It’s annoying, and frankly, it’s not safe for long-term exposure. To fix this, we use quartz tubes with a special coating. Think of it like a filter. It blocks out the harsh, blinding light and pushes the energy toward the long-wave spectrum. You still feel the heat on your skin, but you don’t feel like you’re staring into the sun. It’s just simple physics making things safer. Dealing with the steam Bathrooms are wet. Really wet. And water is the fastest way to kill a circuit board. That’s why we go with an IPX5 rating. In plain English? It means if you accidentally spray the unit with a water jet from any angle, it won’t freak out. We use precision gaskets and sealed cable entries to keep the guts of the machine dry.
